No. 1206, 12 Jul 2015, characters observed: Annual or biennial herb, to 1.5 m.; Stem, round; Leaves, basal and cauline, cauline leaves alternate, sessile; Inflorescence, raceme; Flowers, 1 per axil; Calyx radial, lobes 5, stalked glandular, glands clear; Corolla, ±rotate, early deciduous, falling with stamens as a unit; Petals, 5, united at base, yellow-orange, all slightly folded, none wide open; Stamens 5; Filaments, all hairy glandular; Ovary, superior; Style 1, persistent Stigma, entire; Fruit, spheric, to 1 cm.
