Lower portion of Globe Canyon, from about 3 miles east of Hayden at 1000 m elevation to the appearance of Junipers at wash level at about 1300 meters. Above this location I include (Upper) Globe Canyon in the Mid Hills. This distinction is somewhat arbitrary.
