Magpie Gulch, Jefferson County, Colorado. In Mt. Galbraith Park, beside a bed rock cascade of the creek in Magpie Gulch, about 900 m. west of the gate to the parcel, 2.81 km. west northwest of the GNIS location of Golden. 39.7588N, 105.2461W. WGS 1984 Elev. 1897 m. Mesic habitat formed by rock outcrops, with Populus × acuminata, Acer glabrum, Physocarpus monogynus, Rubus deliciosus, Ribes cereum, and Prunus virginiana.
