Synthyris plantaginea (James) Benth.  White River Kittentails.

North Twin Creek, Jefferson County, Colorado. Low ridge south of North Twin Creek, 120 m. west northwest of the F. R. 211 crossing of North Twin Creek. 6.8 mi. west and south on F. R. 211 from its north end at County Road 126, 11.5 km. southwest of Deckers. 39.20841°N, 105.34648°W. WGS 1984 Elev. 2416 m. Gentle northeast slope, open ponderosa pine and Douglas fir woodland, also collected here: Eremogone fendleri and Heuchera parvifolia. Burned by the Hayman Fire (2002), though mapped as low intensity in this location.
