Crawford Street continues north as Eagle Ridge Drive.

Intersection: Tripp Road

The Kinney Run Trail comes out to Crawford Street on Tripp Road. It them goes a short distance south to Tripp Drive. At the end of Tripp Drive, the Kinney Run Trail again becomes a concrete multi-use trail.

Road turns from east-west to north-south.

There is a 20-foot wide opening to a City of Golden parcel here. Parcel has been named “ Tripp Ranch Meadow” and also incorporated into the Heritage Dells Open Space.

Intersection: Crawford Drive, west a very short distance to Defrance Drive.

To the southeast (uphill side) is the south gulch of the three gulches in Heritage Dells Open Space.
