Platanthera aquilonis Sheviak.  Northern Green Orchid.

North Twin Creek, Jefferson County, Colorado. On a right branch of North Twin Creek, 870 m. upstream of the F. R. 211 crossing of North Twin Creek, 6.8 mi. west and south on F. R. 211 from its north end at County Road 126, 11.6 km. southwest of Deckers. 39.21422°N, 105.35131°W. WGS 1984 Elev. 2467 m. Bank of creek among willows, with Mertensia sp., Dasiphora fruticosa, Carex stipata, and Juncus sp. Within the perimeter of the Hayman Fire (2002), though this area mapped as low intensity; vegetated only on the creek, forest not re-established away from creek.
